Miami Condo Market Refreshes

Wednesday, May 01, 2013

Swire Properties continues to move forward with the Brickell CityCentre project alongside partner Stanley Whiteman (owner of Bal Harbor Shops) and his team. The $1.05 billion project will have 800 condo units in two 43-story towers in the central business district, an underground 1,600 parking space parking lot, a luxurious movie theater, a hotel, and a wellness center added in the downtown/Brickell area.

Although the wellness center is aimed at Latin American tourists (according to NY Times) it is not a limited facility.

As young professionals currently reside in the area causing the recent supply in condos to decrease in the Brickell area slowly creating a “condo boom,” it inspired Swire Properties to strategize the Brickell CityCentre project to maintain equilibrium in supply and demand for condos.

Advantages to the Brickell CityCentre project are not only the location, but the fact that Swire is going to upgrade the area by improving sidewalks and streets with the city of Miami.

This is the place to be a part of, join the revolution of business and living.

There is no place like our Miami paradise condos.
